We are looking for an individual with experience as a Team leader in team management, preferably in the floral sector. The candidate should be organised, responsible and able to effectively motivate the team to achieve goals. We expect a good command of English and Polish, and Dutch will be an added advantage. We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is open to challenges and is able to build positive relationships within the team. Your main objective will be to ensure the high quality of the team's work and control the efficiency of production.
